-Handle incoming calls from customers and place outgoing calls to service providers -Document calls in an appropriate tracking system, handle/escalate calls per established guidelines and procedures -Conduct research on behalf of requestors to find providers to fulfill customer's requests -Work on promotion efforts through social media
-Articulate and have a pleasant speaking voice -High School Diploma or GED required. -1+ years of customer service experience, volunteering or other customer facing experiences is preferred. -Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook. -Typing 40+ wpm. -Good written communication skills (spelling and grammar). -Strong attention to detail. -Ability to work the first 90 days without any prior commitments. -Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.
